Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Dining Room/Bar Manager to lead our food and beverage operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant and bar activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient food and drink delivery, and smooth team management. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all dining room and bar staff, providing ongoing training, coaching, and development to ensure top-tier service delivery. Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to uphold high standards in both casual and fine dining settings. Manage daily operations including shift scheduling, inventory control, and cash handling to maximize efficiency and profitability Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures across all outlets. Coordinate with kitchen management on food production schedules, catering events, banquet functions, and special promotions. Monitor customer feedback actively to resolve issues promptly while fostering a vibrant atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. Conduct staff interviews, training sessions, and performance evaluations to build a motivated team aligned with company goals. Qualifications Proven experience managing restaurant or hospitality operations with a focus on food service management and team leadership. Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, bar operations preferred Demonstrated skills in supervising staff, managing shifts, budgeting, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and health regulations within the food industry. Experience in managing casual dining or fine dining environments; banquet or catering experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to train staff effectively and handle customer concerns professionally.
