Job Description:
Ensures compliance with all regulatory standards at the campus. Provides oversight of capital equipment and department construction projects, collaborating with vendor partners to implement new technologies. Improves quality by ensuring timely delivery of results and clinical quality measurement of Imaging exams and procedures. Develops and implements strategic plans for Imaging operations, including budgets and process improvement activities. Manages relationships within the Imaging departments, interdepartmentally, with customers, and medical staff. Oversees operational and strategic leadership for the Imaging department across multiple sites. Ensures exceptional patient experience in assigned areas, achieving patient experience results. Oversees efficiency, effectiveness, and utilization of procedural areas, staff, and equipment. Hires, orients, evaluates, and disciplines leadership for the Imaging department, maintaining high staff engagement. Executes regional initiatives driving clinical excellence for Imaging services in various settings. Manages financial oversight of a multi-million-dollar budget, ensuring performance accountability and efficiency. Other duties as assigned.
