"A Bit of Love" is dedicated to providing a nurturing and structured environment for children and teens. We are currently looking to fill all weekend shifts and are seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our team.

Position Overview:

As Direct Care Staff, you will be responsible for providing daily care, supervision, and support to our residents. Your role is vital in helping youth develop life skills, build positive relationships, and maintain emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct supervision and care for children and teens. Support daily routines, including meals, hygiene, school preparation, and activities. Implement behavior support plans and encourage positive behavior. Maintain a safe, clean, and structured living environment. Build trusting, supportive relationships with youth. Accurately document daily activities, incidents, and progress notes. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications:

Experience working with children and/or teens required.

Preferred:

3+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred:

Experience with trauma-informed care for children. Must be able to work in or commute to Rigby, ID. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations. Dependable, responsible, and team-oriented. High school diploma or equivalent (required). Must be able to pass an enhanced background check.

Schedule & Availability:

Facility operates 24/7; schedules are flexible but not fixed. We are currently in need of weekend staff, all shifts are available. No guaranteed set schedule or set hours. Currently hiring for all weekend shifts. Potential for overtime during holidays and other high-need times. Pay:

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
