Direct Care Worker

Direct supervision employees to look after male and female youth in a staff secure residential environment. We are currently hiring for all shifts. 7:00am-3:00pm, 3:00pm-11:00pm, 11:00pm-7:00am.

Qualifications:

Must have High School Diploma or GED. Must be 21 years of age or older. Pass all of the required Background Checks, Drug Screening, & Safe Crisis Management Class.

Job Duties:

Ability to interact in a pleasant and professional manner with other employees, providers, youth and youth's families. Must be able to carry/lift a minimum of 25 lbs. Ability to stoop, kneel, squat, reach, stand, and walk in a repetitive manner. Must be able to perform Safe Crisis Management. Provides direct supervision, ensure the health, safety and security of youth. Monitor the whereabouts of residents at all times. Attends mandatory treatment team meeting and all staff training. Completes required daily progress notes that includes behavior, incident reports and any other information about the youth's day. Other duties as directed by the Program Coordinator.
