If interested text Kay at 9543268551 Duties Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support using equipment such as Hoyer lifts when necessary Monitor and record vital signs like blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration to ensure residents' health status is maintained Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and document all medication activities using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems Support residents with memory care needs, including dementia and Alzheimer's care, employing behavior management techniques to promote calmness and safety Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary restrictions and assist with feeding when required, ensuring proper hygiene and safety standards are met Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light cleaning duties in resident rooms and common areas in accordance with health regulations Engage residents in social activities and provide emotional support to foster a positive community atmosphere Experience Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home & community care environments is highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of caring for individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia-related conditions such as Alzheimer's disease Hands-on experience with vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and use of Hoyer lifts or other assistive devices Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation and reporting purposes Valid driver's license for transportation duties related to home & community care or group home activities Strong caregiving skills complemented by patience, empathy, and excellent communication abilities Experience in behavior management strategies tailored to seniors or individuals with disabilities Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication transforms lives!
