The Direct ConnectionProgram Manager is responsible for leading a cross-functional team in the development of a comprehensive portfolio of high visibility performanceproducts. The selected candidate will work with internal and external stakeholders to define and managecustomer-focused parts programsto market, on-time and within budget. Responsibilities include but not limited tomanaging all aspects of programs from engineering development and validation, sourcing activities, budget, risk management, operations planning, andcommercial launch. Candidate is also responsible for coordinating technical information to support marketing, sales and communications. Additionally, this role will execute value added, streamlined processes that enable fast market response resulting in profitabilityby sustaining product inventory levels to support market demand growth. This position will also establish/maintain productive relationships among all key internal stakeholders; Engineering, Motorsports race team(s), Finance, Purchasing, Supply Chain and Quality that achieves a common goal of product availability and support of performance productmarket strategies. The selected candidate will enter a fast-paced, energetic team and must be results driven with ability todemonstratestrategic mindset andcreative thinking that results innet positive results. Bachelor's degree in any Engineering discipline from an accredited institutionA minimum of 8 years of experience in an automotive OEM or supplier environmentExcellent organizational and leadership skills; ability to manage cross functional groups and suppliersExcellent presentationand communication skillsProficient in MS•Office/G-Suite tools, including database and program tracking/reporting methodsAbility to developproject plans and budgets with associated milestones and timingExperience tracking business metrics and driving results to defined timeline and project costsProven ability to build partnerships, oversee multiple projects and lead cross-functional organizationsIdentification and mitigation of commercial & technical risksManage any financial activities associated with the projectSelf-motivated, and ability in multi-tasking to achieve multiple deadlinesPreferred Qualifications:
