Direct Sales Recruiter Job Description Direct Sales Recruiter — Trinity Solar Remote | Full-Time | $60,000 base + commission (up to $80,000 OTE) Trinity Solar is hiring a Direct Sales Recruiter to help us find and connect top sales talent with our growing direct sales division. This is a fully remote role — company equipment and phone provided. What you'll do: M anage job ads to generate a consistent flow of qualified candidates Proactively source and headhunt candidates through company approved sources Conduct initial phone screens to assess fit and sales aptitude Schedule qualified candidates for interviews with our hiring managers Track your pipeline and hit weekly and monthly sourcing targets What we're looking for: 1-3+ years of recruiting or talent sourcing experience and/or 3+ years of sales experience Strong phone presence — you're comfortable reaching out cold and keeping people engaged Proficient in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently from home Results-driven with a comfort working toward volume-based goals Bonus points if you have: Experience recruiting for direct, door-to-door, or commission-based sales roles A sales background yourself — you know a good rep when you hear one Experience with an ATS (ADP, Salesforce, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) Prior remote work experience Solar, home services, or energy industry background What Trinity provides: $60,000 base salary with commission potential up to $80,000 Company-issued laptop and phone 100% work from home Trinity Solar is an equal opportunity employe r Benefits Why Join Us?
