Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Peachy Orchard LLC Job Overview Peachy Orchard LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals to provide in-home and community-based care for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation Support clients in the community (appointments, outings, skill-building activities) Maintain accurate and timely documentation (required for all shifts) Follow all APD guidelines and company policies Ensure client safety, dignity, and emotional well-being at all times Communicate effectively with leadership regarding any concerns or updates Requirements Must be 18 years or older Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Level 2 background screening completed and valid Must complete required APD trainings (assistance provided) Strong communication and time management skills Must be dependable and able to follow structure Important Expectations Documentation must be completed before the end of each shift All required trainings must be completed within one week of assignment Consistency and reliability are non-negotiable What We Offer Flexible scheduling Supportive leadership and growth opportunities Hands-on experience in the healthcare field A team environment that values respect and accountability
