What You'll Do Provide hands-on support with daily living activities: dressing, bathing, grooming, and assisting with toileting needs when necessary. Help with meal planning and preparation following nutritional guidelines or prescribed diets. Assist with medication administration under physician direction. Support individuals in community activities , including volunteering, employment preparation, and leisure outings. Offer transportation assistance for work, therapy, and recreational activities using agency or personal vehicles. Engage in fun activities like games, reading, movies, concerts, and family visits. Requirements Must be 18 years or older. Must have a valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to pass a background check and meet all state requirements. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and up to 50 pounds when assisting non-ambulatory individuals. The employee must be physically able to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), including the ability to kneel, use upper-body strength to deliver chest compressions, and maintain these actions for the duration required in an emergency situation.
