Direct Support Professional

Renewed Beginnings Home Inc. is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team serving adolescent girls in a therapeutic residential setting. We are hiring for multiple shifts, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and morning shifts.

Available Shifts Monday-Friday:

5:00 PM - 11:00 PM Overnight Shifts Weekend Overnight Shifts Morning Shifts Position Summary The Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides direct care, supervision, support, and assistance to residents in a structured residential environment. DSPs help ensure the safety, well-being, and daily living needs of residents while maintaining professionalism, compassion, and compliance with agency policies and state regulations. Responsibilities Supervise and monitor residents at all times Assist residents with daily living skills and routines Support residents with hygiene, meals, chores, and bedtime/morning routines Maintain a safe, structured, and positive environment Complete required documentation and daily notes in a timely manner Monitor behaviors and report incidents appropriately Administer or assist with medications as trained and authorized Transport residents to school, appointments, and activities as needed Conduct room checks and safety checks throughout shifts Assist with cleaning and maintaining the home environment Follow all company policies, client rights, confidentiality, and safety procedures Participate in required trainings and team meetings Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Experience working with children, teens, behavioral health, or group homes preferred Ability to remain calm in stressful situations Strong communication and teamwork skills Must be dependable and punctual Valid driver's license preferred Ability to pass background checks Preferred Certifications CPR/First Aid Certification Medication Administration Training De-escalation/Behavioral Intervention Training What We're Looking For We are looking for team members who are: Compassionate Professional Reliable Patient Team-oriented Passionate about helping youth succeed Join Our Team At Renewed Beginnings Home Inc., we believe in creating a safe and supportive environment where youth can heal, grow, and thrive. $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
