• Part-time, Full-time Make a Difference Every Night As an Awake Overnight Direct Support Professional, you will provide essential overnight support to individuals with developmental disabilities living in a residential setting.

You will help ensure their safety, comfort, and well-being while promoting independence and dignity. This role is critical in maintaining a safe, supportive environment during overnight hours and ensuring individuals are prepared for the day ahead. What You Will Do Ensure Health, Safety, and Well-Being Monitor individuals throughout the night to ensure their safety and well-being Respond to individual needs, emergencies, or changes in condition Administer medications and treatments as trained and certified Follow all policies to protect individuals from abuse, neglect, and exploitation Maintain a Safe and Supportive Environment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment Complete household tasks such as light cleaning, laundry, and preparation for the next day Review shift notes and communicate important information to the daytime team Provide Quality Care and Documentation Follow individualized service plans and provide support as needed Complete required documentation accurately and timely Maintain confidentiality and professional standards Assist with morning routines as needed Qualifications Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or GED Valid New York State Driver's License Ability to drive an agency vehicle Ability to obtain required certifications and complete mandatory training Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work awake overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays Key Qualities Dependable and attentive Compassionate and respectful Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and stay alert throughout the overnight shift Why Join Us Meaningful, rewarding work Paid training and career development opportunities Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and advancement $1,000 sign on bonus!
