Staff must arrive on time, follow all policies, and maintain a safe and respectful environment at all times. Position Overview DSPs provide hands‑on support, supervision, and daily care to individuals living in our homes. This position begins June 25,2026, and we are conducting interviews now. Key Responsibilities Provide constant supervision—individuals may never be left unattended. Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) in a respectful and dignified manner. Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and support mobility needs. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment. Transport individuals to appointments, outings, and community activities. Complete all documentation accurately and before the end of each shift. Report incidents, safety concerns, or unusual behaviors immediately. Strict Conduct Expectations No drugs, alcohol, or marijuana on shift — zero tolerance Professional attire required No theft, verbal aggression, or rough handling — instant termination All individuals must be treated with dignity, respect, and patience Requirements High school diploma or GED 2+ year of DSP or professional caregiving experience preferred
STNA, CNA
is a Plus! Must pass all background checks Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical caregiving tasks Must complete all DSP trainings and required certifications before starting This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in caring for others, understands the responsibility of supporting vulnerable individuals, and can maintain professionalism at all times.
