Direct Support Professional (DSP)

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide hands-on support to individuals with Intellectual Disabilities in a home and community-based setting. DSPs play a vital role in promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life for those we serve. Provide direct care and supervision based on each individual's personalized support plan (ISP) Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Support individuals with mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed Prepare meals and assist with feeding when required Encourage community participation, socialization, and recreational activities Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe, clean environment Follow all care plans, safety procedures, and agency policies This position is ideal for individuals who are committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others through supportive, person-centered care.

Applicant requirements:

Must have reliable transportation Must possess a valid driver's license Must have the physical ability to assist with mobility, lifting, and caregiving tasks Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate patience and compassion Must participate in all ODP Trainings/Certifications before being assigned a client Must be at least 18 years of age Able to pass Criminal Background, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances Must be legally authorized to work in the
