Direct Support Professional (Limited time only $4,000 Sign-on Bonus!) - Barre, MA

Stetson School , an affiliate of the Seven Hills Foundation, is a residential treatment program for youth with trauma-related complex behaviors. We are currently hiring Direct Care Workers for both second and overnight shifts .

Full-Time Opportunities:

Evening & Overnight Shifts with a 4-day work week! (Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday, evening shifts require one 14 hour weekend day either Saturday or Sunday. Direct Care Professionals will:

Engage and interact with students, promoting a positive and healing community Be part of a therapeutic team that supports student development through individualized treatment goals Use treatment goals to provide a pathway for learning healthy life skills and aid in healing trauma, while supporting normative child and adolescent development Assist with student activities such as recreational off-campus trips, home visits, and special events Serve as a positive role model for all students

Required Qualifications:

18+ years old HiSET/GED, High School Diploma, or equivalent Valid driver's license with a good driving record Legally authorized to work for any employer in the US, without requiring sponsership.
