Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver No experience needed, all required training is provided. Day Hours- 8:00am-4:00pm Monday-Friday We have an awesome bonus for new hires. $300 after 3 months of the hire date if you're still with us another $300 after 6 months of the hire date if you're still with us an extra $900 after 12 months of the hire date if you're still with us! Job Description:

In this role you will get to help adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities live their best lives.

You will get to:

Help folks learn their basic daily living skills like cooking, cleaning, and personal hygiene. Go with them for community activities like movie theaters, bowling alleys, sporting events, parks, Worlds of Fun, and all kinds of other awesome stuff! Help provide a safe, clean and orderly environment that they (and you) can feel proud of. Help them develop the needed skills for acquiring their own jobs in the community. So much more!

Direct Support Professional Qualifications:

Must be least 18+ years of age Will need reliable transportation Should have a current and valid Driver's License Pass all background checks Ability to maintain confidentiality of the people we serve Ready to make a positive difference in the lives of others!
