Responsibilities:

Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care. Provide emotional support and encouragement to enhance well-being. Implement individualized care plans tailored to each person's needs. Facilitate social and recreational activities to promote engagement. Document daily activities and progress in compliance with regulations. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members. Maintain a safe and clean environment for all clients. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred. Experience in direct support or caregiving roles is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with individuals with disabilities. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willingness to undergo background checks and training. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
