Today Job Description Director for Abbey of the Hills Retreat Center We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as the Director for the Abbey of the Hills Inn and Retreat Center located on Marvin, SD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Abbey, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas of the organization. As the Director, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the various departments within the Abbey, including facilities management, hospitality services, and event planning. You will work closely with the Abbey leadership to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the organization's goals and objectives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in management, with experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and staff supervision. You must be able to effectively communicate with a diverse group of stakeholders, including volunteers, clergy, and community members.

Key responsibilities:
