Director, Audience Activation

Role Overview The Director collaborates with leadership to define and execute strategic and operational plans, ensuring delivery outcomes align with business objectives. This role operates in a complex, multi-account environment, overseeing delivery across teams to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability. Key Responsibilities Delivery Excellence & Predictability Lead capacity planning, staffing, and delivery management to ensure high-quality execution Drive operational standards and governance to support efficient delivery Strategic Integration Partner with cross-functional leadership to align delivery with broader strategic priorities Translate strategic direction into actionable frameworks across teams Qualifications What You Will Need Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in client-facing delivery leadership Proven experience managing complex delivery models (e.g., digital marketing, CRM, direct marketing) Strong financial and operational management skills Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills What Sets You Apart Experience leading large-scale delivery organizations Strong understanding of data-driven marketing and activation Ability to drive operational improvements and innovation A balance of strategic thinking and executional excellence
