- \•\•The location for this position is virtual/remote\•\•\•_ ### Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You This is your chance to be part of a Global Sales Team that ensures Hilton owners and operators receive the combined benefits of scale, access, competence, and experience\.
- What you'll do during a typical day:
- + Lead the business travel strategy for a portfolio of Hilton's largest, and most complex global corporate accounts, serving as the primary relationship owner with each client's travel manager\.
- How you'll collaborate with others:
- + Engage with regional and on‑property sales leaders to ensure global alignment and delivery of Hilton's value proposition\.
- Projects you'll take ownership of:
- + Develop annual account plans, including performance goals, strategic initiatives, and engagement actions aligned to Hilton's Global Strategic Accounts Playbook\.+ Deliver RFP outcomes, quarterly business reviews, and executive‑level reporting that demonstrate progress against revenue, share, and program‑expansion objectives\. ### What It Takes to Make the Stay
- You have these minimum qualifications:
- + Seven \(7\) years of work experience in hotel business travel sales+ Five \(5\) years maintaining national or global transient accounts+ In
- depth knowledge of the hospitality travel industry+ Travel up to 40%
- It would be useful if you have:
