Annually Hours Available:
Monday-Friday [8:00am-4:30pm] Mountain Lake Services (MLS) partners with people of all abilities to live their best lives. We advance that journey through excellence, innovation, and connection. We're launching a new Critical Time Intervention (CTI) program in Keeseville, NY and seeking a Director to lead day-to-day operations, ensure high-quality, compliant care, and strengthen community partnerships that support youth with complex mental health and behavioral needs. Schedule and Pay Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Pay:
$85,000-$90,000 per year
Location:
On-site in Keeseville, NY (community-based travel as needed) What you'll do Lead and grow a newly established CTI clinical program; own daily operations and performance. Ensure coordination and delivery of services in line with CTI best practices and all regulatory requirements. Collaborate with North Country provider agencies, hospitals, and schools to expand supports, care transitions, and education for youth and families. Develop and implement program policies, workflows, and quality improvement. Coach, mentor, and supervise program staff; foster a culture of learning and accountability. Track outcomes and reporting; use data to drive program improvements. What You'll Bring Current New York State license as a Practitioner of the Healing Arts (e.g., RN, LMSW/LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, etc.). 5+ years in mental/behavioral health, including significant leadership and program management. Experience with youth and family services; familiarity with CTI or transition-focused care preferred. Collaborative communicator skilled at building cross-agency partnerships.
