Job Description
What you´ll do Acts as the primary peer and supply chain partner to Commercial/Sales leadership and customer supply chain executives. Integrates deep knowledge of both company and customer supply chains to solve complex problems, shape strategies, and represent Customer & Logistics Excellence with Sales. Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align commercial strategies, optimize operations, and support new business opportunities. Identifies current and future business needs, translating them into project direction, solution design, and resource allocation. Develops and executes customer-focused supply chain programs (logistics efficiency, returns, unsaleable, CPU), while leading KPI performance and continuous improvement initiatives. Builds and manages strategic relationships with customers, suppliers, and 3PL partners, overseeing operations and >$120MM in budgets while driving end-to-end value creation What makes you a good fit Education — bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field required. MBA preferred Experience — Minimum of 15 years' experience in Supply Chain with a focus on collaborative relationship building, customer service, logistics and supply chain execution with 5 or more years leading a team. Experience in customer or supplier facing roles is required. Experience in CPG, Retail or Logistics preferred. Strategic thinking demonstrable Proficient in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel;
SAP/ERP/BI

This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
