This position actively collaborates with accounting, revenue cycle, financial planning, CAH leadership, and Adena Health System (AHS) leadership in furtherance of the CAH clinical, operational, and financial goals and initiatives. The CAH is expected to be the authority regarding CAH finance, and able to clearly communicate and lead others with respect to CAH finance. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field De-escalation training within 6 months. 2-7 years of prior management experience in a hospital or healthcare setting Why Caregivers Stay?
