In the Human Resources unit, the Director Hospital Human Resources will champion Employment Services and Talent Acquisition to build a workforce for present needs and future growth; this Human Resources team supports a non-profit, health system that is the largest regional provider for 20+ counties serving a 250,000 population, anchored by a 600+ bed, Level III Trauma Facility with comprehensive services spanning 40 specialties—an ideal platform for a Director Hospital Human Resources to attract, develop, and retain top talent across the continuum.

Reporting to senior leadership such as the Vice President of Human Resources or Chief People Officer, the Healthcare Human Resources Director will have robust support from HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition specialists, HRIS analysts, and Organizational Development educators; this Director Hospital Human Resources role will lead workforce planning, compensation and benefits strategy in collaboration with finance, HR analytics and dashboards, employee relations and Just Culture practices, policy and labor-law compliance, DEI initiatives, performance management, and engagement programming, partnering closely with friendly nurses and a diverse team of physicians, APPs, therapists, case managers, pharmacy, and ancillary leaders to deliver a reliable, people-first employee experience.
