Qualifications:

Extensive experience in banquets and event management, preferably in a leadership role Strong leadership and team management skills Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment In-depth knowledge of banquet operations and industry trends Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
