Responsibilities:
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across targeted markets and industries Develop strategic relationships with owners, developers, end users, consultants, and key decision-makers Create and execute aggressive business development strategies to expand market presence Generate and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities Lead client-facing presentations, meetings, and negotiations Work closely with executive leadership to identify growth initiatives and expansion opportunities Track market trends, competitive activity, and emerging sectors Represent the company at networking events, industry functions, conferences, and client meetings Collaborate internally with operations and leadership teams to ensure successful project pursuit and execution Help establish long-term partnerships that drive recurring business and sustainable growth
Qualifications:
7+ years of business development, sales, or strategic growth experience Proven track record of generating and winning new business opportunities Strong hunter mentality with the ability to self-generate leads and relationships Experience selling services within construction, commercial services, industrial, real estate, or related industries preferred Strong executive presence and communication skills Ability to think strategically while still being highly execution-focused Existing network and relationships within the Florida market is a major plus Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of urgency and accountability A bit about us:
