Job Description

WHO WE ARE
We are a $12M+ commercial and HOA roofing company that runs on the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) process. Our operations are dialed in, ours crews are excellent, and our reputation speaks for itself. We are now ready to scale aggressively
  • and we need a relationship-driven business development leader to take us there.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
This is not a sales job. This is a relationship and growth leadership role.
You will:
  • Own and expand relationships with property management companies
  • Get us on preferred vendor lists across HOA and commercial acounts
  • Build and manage a pipeline of commercial GC and property owner relationships
  • Map and penetrate management companies at every level
  • managers, regional VPs, and board members
  • Develop a systematic outreach calendar and report weekly metrics in our level 10 meetings
  • Collaborate with estimating and operations to ensure seamless handoff on new accounts
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
  • Year 1: $3-5M in new or expanded contract revenue attributed to your relationships
  • Year 2: Preferred vendor status with 5+ property management companies
  • Year 3: A repeatable Business Development engine that scales with the company
WHO YOU ARE
You have 3-7 years of business development experience in roofing, construction, or property services You already have relationships with HOA boards, property managers, or commercial GCs in this market You are a natural connector
  • you remember names, follow up without being asked, and people genuinely like doing business with you You are comfortable presenting to board members and executives, not just field managers You thrive in a structured, accountable environment You are motivated by commission and want to be paid for what you produce
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$60k
  • 150k a year Paid time off, Health Insurance, Company vehicle

You won't be cold calling strangers. You will be building institutional relationships with property management companies and commercial clients who need a reliable roofing partner for years to come. Our operations team will make you look great-your job is to open the doors.
