About Us RISE Community Hospital is a small community hospital in Prairieville, LA. We have a 3 bed Emergency Department and 10 bed inpatient unit. RCH is committed to providing safe and quality experience for emergency department patients and patients who are seeking sobriety through our RISE recovery program. Our facility will provide a means for patients to obtain medical clearance and stabilization to enter a drug and/or alcohol abuse rehabilitation program or recovery support communities. Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Clinical Operations specializing in Emergency and Acute Care Services to lead and optimize our fast-paced, high-stakes clinical environments. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the strategic planning, operational management, and quality assurance of emergency and acute care programs across multiple settings. Your leadership will ensure seamless patient care delivery, compliance with healthcare regulations, and the integration of innovative clinical practices. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of urgent and critical care services while fostering a collaborative, patient-centered culture.

This position works directly with the Hospital Administrator and the Chief Nursing Officer to assure effective and efficient delivery of quality patient care consistent with the mission and vision of Rise Community Hospital.

Qualifications:

Education :

Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Masters preferred. Additional state requirements as applicable. Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Licenses/Certification :

Required:

RN License, BLS, ACLS, PALS Preferred:

TNCC Experience :

Required:

3+ years in a leadership role

Preferred:

5+ years of experience in a hospital or facility administration role. Experience obtaining and maintaining licensure/certification with regulatory and accreditation bodies.

Pay:

$120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
