Full-Time Position Description Are you a clinical leader passionate about shaping programs that deliver high-quality, evidence-based care? Join our team as the Director of Clinical Services and play a key role in developing and overseeing clinical programming that supports healing, growth, and long-term success for youth in our Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF). We're seeking a Director of Clinical Services to oversee the development and implementation of clinical programming and assessment services. In this role, you'll provide clinical leadership, guide staff education and training, and lead performance improvement projects. You'll also be responsible for monitoring the quality, integrity, and appropriateness of clinical services to ensure compliance and excellence in care delivery. What You'll Do Direct the development and delivery of evidence-based clinical services that support high-quality, patient-centered care. Provide clinical consultation and support to staff across the facility. Oversee and mentor clinical staff, ensuring effective service delivery and professional growth. Monitor and evaluate documentation to ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and accreditation standards. Lead performance improvement initiatives that strengthen treatment planning, clinical care, and assessment services. Represent clinical services on facility-wide committees and collaborate with leadership to align programs with organizational goals. What We're Looking For Education & Training Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or a related behavioral health field (required) Experience Direct experience working with adolescents (required) Prior management experience (preferred) Candidates should have progressive leadership experience in behavioral health and a strong understanding of adolescent mental health treatment.
