Job Description:
Exclusive. Privately held B2B technology driven company has expanded into Europe, Far East and Latin America. New role to support long term customer base and business development with meaningful insight on operational KPIs, analytics, statistics, and decision-making data to drive retention and revenue growth. Company has a strong financial underpinning and poised for growth. Looking to groom talent for executive leadership role. There are years of warehoused data that is underutilized. CEO wants to be more proactive and advisory to customers (e.g., public and privately held corporations; governments). Be empowered to make a difference .
Keys are:
Own Customer Metrics and KPIs :
Develop more robust, informative, and timely analytics and data on operational performance that will encourage better safety and preventative practices. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify root causes and improve service delivery.
Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement customer service strategies that align with broader company goals, AI technology rollout and global business growth.
Escalation Management:
Act as the highest level of escalation for complex or critical customer issues.
Support Business Development:
Be part of the business development team on presentations, proposals, and onboarding.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with operations to relay customer insights and advocate for service improvements.
Training & Development:
Identify opportunities to improve training on KPI utilization internally and for customers.
REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS required; MBA a plus. Seek 8+ years of data analytics experience of business operations (e.g., safety, maintenance, OTD). Must have strong interpersonal skills and executive potential. 10-15% travel possible. This is not a virtual role.
REWARD :
$180,000 to $230,000 DOE plus 20-30% bonus and long-term incentives
