Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Engineering to lead our technology teams in designing, developing, and maintaining innovative solutions that drive business growth and operational excellence. This pivotal role demands a strategic thinker with a passion for cutting-edge technology, a deep understanding of system architecture, and exceptional leadership skills. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will oversee multiple engineering functions, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure our infrastructure and software development practices align with industry standards and security protocols. Your expertise will empower our organization to leverage cloud computing, advanced networking, and emerging technologies such as AI and machine learning to stay ahead in a competitive landscape. Duties Drive new product development and product innovation Improve manufacturability, reliability, and cost efficiency of existing products Collaborate closely with manufacturing, quality, and operations teams Manage engineering priorities and project timelines Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization Participate in product testing, validation, and field performance reviews Work with suppliers and internal teams to improve product quality and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field 8-15 years of engineering experience in equipment manufacturing, product and software development.
