LeaderStat is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader for a(n) Director of Facilities in Alamosa, CO . This leader is responsible for guiding the hospital's strategic direction, ensuring high-quality patient care, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a positive organizational culture. Qualifications:
3-5+ Years of experience in a leadership role within an Acute Care setting Exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire staff at all levels
Salary Range:
$87k - $122k
