Director of Field Service Operations

Absolute Water Technologies is looking for an experienced Director of Field Operations to manage field-based operations for all locations, including service, training, routing, installations and strategic planning. This high-impact leadership role reports directly to the President and oversees all aspects of field operations, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. Direct reports include General/Branch Managers and Order Control Supervisor. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to make quick, decisive decisions. They must have 7-10 years of experience managing multiple locations and multi-tasking to address concurrent issues or objectives. The goal is to safeguard and augment the efficiency of the company's operations to facilitate accelerating development and long-term success. Sense of urgency and ownership are key. Customer Service is paramount to our business, and a successful candidate will dive in to learn the industry and ensure that excellent service is provided across the organization. This is a position that directly supervises multiple field operations staff and company routing and scheduling. Coordination and interaction with the sales team is also expected. This position is based is being posted in a number of locations to cover company locations primarily in the Midwest and Southern United States. Ideal home location of the individuals would be Indiana(1 hour from Indianapolis), Chicago, Illinois, St. Louis Missouri, Lousiville Kentucky, Cincinnatti Ohio or even Evansville Indiana. This position requires travel to be able to stay engaged with sites with some needing more time involvement due to size of locations.
