We are recruiting for a full-time Director of Finance & Administration that will be responsible for financial management and administrative functions. Responsibilities Responsible for financial management and administrative functions. The Director of Finance & Administration receives direct supervision from and reports to the CSB's Executive Director while maintaining a close cooperative working relationship. Responsible for budgeting, cash management, accounting, auditing, reimbursement, purchasing/procurement, internal control, management information systems, staff supervision and facilities management. Assures compliance with state/federal financial policies and regulations and provides consultation to senior management of finance and administrative protocols. Exercises sound judgment, demonstrate initiative, and maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality. Sustains a cooperative working relationship with Greater Reach personnel, Leadership Team, and Regional/statewide Finance Directors. Works closely with Executive Director to improve and develop programs and services. Provides supervision and oversight of all programs in the Finance & Administration Department. Required Education and Experience Masters degree in Business, Finance and/or Accounting or related field required; minimum of eight (8) years position related experience in the overall financial administration of a human service agency with excellent leadership/supervisory experience required; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge and abilities. Valid VA Drivers License with acceptable driving record. Preferred Experience Ten (10) years position related experience in the overall financial administration of a human service agency with excellent leadership/supervisory experience. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Skillsin developing and maintaining a financial management processing accounting principles auditing, Governmental Accounting Practices, fund and cost accounting, budgeting, procurement, reimbursement, asset management, record keeping, utilization/application of automated data processing for financial management information systems, financial management report preparation, making oral presentations, supervision of staff, providing financial management technical assistance, intergovernmental relations, and formulation/implementation of financial management policies and procedures as well as the application of generally accepted accounting principles. Skills in the management/administration of CSB finance and administration processes preferred. Skills in communicating effectively in writing and verbally to varied audiences. Skills in strategic planning including establishing goals and objectives; and skills in supervision of mid and upper-level managers. Ability to exercise sound judgment; work with limited supervision; and sustain cooperative/effective working relationships with Greater Reach Leadership Team members, personnel of related agencies, consumers, and family members; Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality; Ability to work effectively with all types/levels of persons; ability to develop program goals and objectives and motivate staff to achieve them. Special work conditions of this position Travel required. Attending meetings, training and conferences in the community and out of town are required. At times driving agency vehicles to conduct agency business, sitting at a desk for long periods. Periodic lifting of up to 20 lbs. Direct service completion as needed. Must be available for consultation and supervision warranted. Will be given agency cell phone to respond to emergencies and e-mails outside of business hours. Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry report will be required upon selection.

Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace. Annual Salary Range Grade S-N14 $112,974.00 - $150,632 Excellent fringe benefits
