Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

Job Description Lead Financial Planning, forecasting and performance analysis for key business lines within the firm. The role serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights that drive decision-making, optimize financial performance and support long term growth. Deliver executive-level reporting, including variance analysis, KPI's and actionable insights. Build and review complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, investments and new product launches. Support board presentations, investor reporting and regulatory requirements. Lead the annual budget process, quarterly forecast and long-range financial planning.
