Real Estate Director of Growth/ Market Center McLean Market Center | McLean, VA About the Opportunity We are seeking a high-performing, growth-oriented Director of Growthto drive agent productivity, market center profitability, and overall business performance. This role is a critical leadership position responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top real estate talent while building a strong, results-driven culture. The incoming leader will work closely with senior leadership and will be instrumental in the continued growth and evolution of the Market Center. This hire will also play a key role in supporting a strategic leadership transition, partnering closely with current Team Leader, who will be moving into an Operating Principal-type role. Position Overview The Director of Growth is responsible for leading the Market Center through: Agent recruiting and retention Productivity coaching and performance accountability Culture-building and engagement Financial performance and profitability This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role requiring strong business acumen, people leadership, and a passion for driving results. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Growth Recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing real estate agents Drive productivity and performance across the agent base Set and execute strategic growth initiatives for the Market Center Foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative culture Coaching & Development Coach agents on business growth, lead generation, and production Identify and develop top talent within the organization Support both new and experienced agents in achieving higher levels of success Business & Financial Management Partner with leadership to drive Market Center profitability Monitor key performance metrics and implement improvements Contribute to business planning and long-term growth strategies Collaboration & Transition Support Work closely with the current Lead during a 1-2-year transition period Receive hands-on training and ongoing strategic support Collaborate with ownership and leadership on future initiatives and expansion opportunities Ideal Candidate Profile We are seeking a leader who is: A proven high performer with a strong track record in real estate leadership or sales management Skilled in recruiting and attracting top talent Passionate about coaching, accountability, and driving results Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment A strong communicator who can build trust and influence at all levels Highly organized with strong business and financial acumen What Success Looks Like Increased agent count and retention of top performers Measurable growth in agent productivity and production Strong, engaged, and accountable culture within the Market Center Consistent achievement of profitability and performance goals
Work Environment & Expectations On-site:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (McLean Market Center)
Travel:
