Job Description

Job description We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Human Resources to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and productive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a comprehensive understanding of employment laws, employee relations, and HR program management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our organization's human capital strategy and support our growth. Key Responsibilities Recruit, select, and onboard qualified personnel to meet organizational staffing needs Ensure compliance with all employment statutes and regulations Oversee wage administration, employee benefits, workers' compensation, and unemployment processes Develop, implement, and manage training and development programs for staff Provide coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions to promote positive employee relations Collaborate with leadership to develop HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals Monitor HR metrics and generate reports to inform decision-making Maintain a thorough understanding of labor laws and industry best practices
Requirements Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred Proven experience in HR management, ideally in a leadership role Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills Ability to develop and implement effective training programs Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Our organization values a collaborative and inclusive culture that encourages professional growth and innovation.
