Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field; Master's degree preferred 8+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including at least 3 years in a director-level or equivalent role; experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial operations environment strongly preferred Relevant certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, PMP, ITIL, or equivalent; certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) a plus Demonstrated experience with enterprise infrastructure (on-premise and cloud), ERP and CRM platforms, IT/OT integration, cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001), data management, and managed service oversight; familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., PROFINET, Modbus, MQTT) a plus Strong project management skills with experience leading concurrent, cross-functional technology initiatives Demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing technical teams Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to drive decisions and measure outcomes Comfort operating in a fast-paced, resource-conscious environment with evolving priorities High integrity and sound judgment when handling sensitive data, systems access, and vendor relationshipsADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Compensation for this role is between $170,000- $240,000 annually This role may qualify for a discretionary bonus, recognizing outstanding contributions to team and company success This role requires approximately 10% travel to support Sedron facilities In compliance with state and local pay transparency laws, the expected compensation for this role is shared above.
