JOB DESCRIPTION

The company is heavily tied to the construction industry and regularly work with architects, contractors, engineers, and building professionals. The Director of Installation role is a senior operational leader responsible for executing all field operations, driving project profitability, and elevating installation and service performance across the organization. This role owns the full lifecycle of installation and service delivery, from pre-construction support through project closeout and ongoing maintenance programs.

Oversee all installation and service operations across multiple concurrent projects nationwide Own and manage installation and service P&L, driving profitability across all projects Manage site operations including scheduling, coordination, logistics, and workflow across internal teams, GCs, and subcontractors
