• Hogar del Compositor is seeking an experienced music industry professional with established relationships in the Latin music industry to help lead creative growth, artist collaborations, songwriter development, media production, and strategic partnerships.

This is a unique opportunity to help build one of the most exciting Latin music creative hubs in Los Angeles — a space dedicated to composers, artists, producers, podcasting, music production, publishing, media, and cultural innovation.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with Latin artists, songwriters, producers, managers, labels, and publishers Bring recording projects, collaborations, creative camps, and music industry opportunities to Expo Compositores Help position Expo Compositores as a premier destination for Latin music collaboration and artist development Coordinate artist visits, networking opportunities, media content, and industry partnerships Assist in developing podcast, video, music, and social media initiatives Support sponsorship, branding, and entertainment partnership opportunities Contribute to the overall growth and visibility of Expo Compositores

Compositor Qualifications:

Strong experience in the Latin music industry Existing relationships with artists, songwriters, producers, managers, or entertainment executives Bilingual Spanish and English required Understanding of music publishing, artist development, collaborations, and entertainment business Strong communication and networking skills Passion for Latin music, culture, and creative community building Must be legally authorized to work in the
