POSITION OPENING

DAINGERFIELD-LONE

STAR ISD

Director of Maintenance Primary Purpose Direct and manage maintenance operations. Maintain physical school plant in a condition of operating excellence so that full educational use may be made at all times. Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience:

Three years supervisory experience in maintenance and operations preferred

Special Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge of basic principles of construction and school plant maintenance. Ability to manage budget and personnel Ability to implement policy and procedures Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
