The Marketing Director leads the strategy, execution, and performance of all marketing initiatives to drive demand, strengthen brand positioning, and accelerate revenue growth. This role oversees a multidisciplinary team and partners closely with Sales to deliver measurable pipeline impact through data-driven, modern marketing practices.Job Goals:
Create consistency in how marketing generates and contributes to pipeline so leadership can reliably forecast impact and make informed growth decisions Build trust with Sales and leadership by clearly connecting marketing efforts to performance, outcomes, and business results Elevate how the company shows up in the market so prospects better understand the value, expertise, and why we winJob Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership Define and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned to growth objectives Lead annual campaign planning, event strategy, and speaking engagements Identify and pilot innovative programs to expand demand generation and market reach Align closely with Sales to drive pipeline growth and conversion Demand Generation & Content Build and scale a repeatable content engine (case studies, SOQs, thought leadership) Oversee persona driven content across website, social, webinars, and emerging channels Develop webinar and continuing education programs Drive cross sell and upsell initiatives through customer insight and segmentation Digital & Web Performance Own strategy and optimization of a high performing, conversion focused website Improve UX/UI, landing pages, and mobile performance using behavioral insights Evolve SEO toward AI optimized (AIO) strategies to improve discoverability Optimize paid and organic performance using analytics and search insights Data, AI & Marketing Technology Leverage CRM data (Salesforce) to improve targeting, attribution, and media spend efficiency Implement AI tools for content automation, personalization, and campaign optimization Establish KPIs and dashboards to track performance and marketing ROI Continuously refine strategy based on data and performance insights Team Leadership Lead and develop a high performing, multidisciplinary marketing team Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement Manage external agencies and vendors to support execution Oversee budget planning and allocation to maximize impact Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred) 8-12+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leading and developing teams Proven ability to drive demand generation, digital marketing, and revenue-focused strategies Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate marketing efforts into pipeline and revenue impact Experience managing and optimizing lead generation, conversion, and overall funnel performance Proficiency with CRM systems, marketing analytics, and modern marketing technologies Data-driven mindset with experience measuring and improving ROMI, CAC, and campaign performance Ability to align brand strategy with business goals and execute consistently across channels Track record of improving website performance, conversion rates, and overall marketing ROI We offer full medical, dental, and vision insurance with day-one coverage, 401k with company matching beginning on day one, Life, Short-Term, and Long-Term Disability at no cost to our employees, paid holidays, paid time off, leadership development training programs and additional benefits to support our strong commitment to the development of each team member.
