Job Description

The LCF Group is a pioneering boutique business financing firm, harnessing the extensive small business ownership expertise of our management team to deliver tailor-made financing solutions for our clients. As direct funders of merchant cash advances, we specialize in supporting high-risk and hard-to-fund businesses. We are driven by the belief that small businesses are the lifeblood of the economy, and our mission is to ensure every business in the U.S. has access to the capital it needs to thrive. We're looking for a performance-driven Director of Marketing to lead our direct marketing efforts targeting small businesses. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution — building campaigns that convert and systems that scale. This is a full time in-office position, located in New Hyde Park, NY. Hours are 9 AM-6 PM Monday through Friday. Director of Marketing Responsibilities include but not limited to the following: Own and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy (email, SMS, paid media, and more) with a clear focus on driving direct sales from small business customers Leverage, segment, and deeply penetrate our existing database to maximize conversion and lifetime value across every stage of the funnel Identify and develop new lead sources to expand our addressable market and reduce dependence on any single channel Partner closely with IT and engineering to scope, prioritize, and build the marketing technology solutions needed to execute at scale Analyze campaign performance and customer data to continuously improve targeting, messaging, and ROI Define and own marketing KPIs, reporting regularly to leadership on pipeline contribution and revenue impact
Director of Marketing Qualifications:
8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 in a senior or director-level role focused on direct/performance marketing Proven track record driving revenue through email, SMS, and paid media — ideally in a B2SMB (business-to-small-business) context Strong database marketing instincts: segmentation, lifecycle programs, list hygiene, and lead scoring Hands-on experience running and optimizing paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, with proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) for performance reporting and attribution Experience working cross-functionally with IT or product teams to build or integrate marketing tools and automation Analytical mindset with comfort in dashboards, attribution models, and testing frameworks Excellent communicator who can translate data into strategy and strategy into creative briefs Nice to Have Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, and Twilio or similar delivery tools across CRM, email and SMS delivery Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools (Adobe Express, Figma, etc.) to concept and produce campaign assets with minimal creative resourcing Background in financial services, SaaS, or any industry where small business is the core customer Familiarity with compliance requirements around email/SMS marketing (CAN-SPAM, TCPA) The LCF Group, Inc.
