Job Description:
We are seeking a Director of Marketing & Enrollment who is highly motivated to drive enrollment growth, build a strong local presence, and deliver a compelling, relationship-based experience that positions our center as the preferred choice for families. As a Marketing Director, you will: Enrollment Ownership Own and execute the enrollment strategy from launch through full capacity (228 children) . Manage the full enrollment lifecycle, including leads, tours, deposits, start dates, retention, and referrals. Set enrollment pacing targets aligned to classroom openings and staffing plans. Marketing & Lead Generation Develop and execute local marketing plans for pre-opening and ongoing operations. Lead community-based marketing, events, partnerships, open houses, and referral programs. Build local relationships that consistently generate qualified leads. Ensure consistent Lightbridge brand messaging across all channels. Sales & Family Experience Conduct high-conversion tours that clearly communicate the Lightbridge Academy value and Seedlings curriculum. Deliver a relationship-driven sales experience with consistent follow-up and responsiveness. Support seamless family onboarding and enrollment transitions. Pipeline & Performance Management Track and report key enrollment metrics (leads, tours, conversion, waitlists, retention). Maintain accurate enrollment data and forecasts to support operational planning. Use data to continuously refine marketing and sales strategies. Cross-Functional Partnership Partner with the Center Director and Director of Education to align enrollment with staffing and classroom readiness. Manage marketing spend with a focus on ROI and budget discipline. Ensure enrollment practices comply with company policies and licensing requirements. Perform additional duties as needed to support center success. Business & Compliance Uphold discretion in dealing with all confidential matters and information. Adhere to all Lightbridge Academy policies, procedures, and state licensing regulations. Ensure accurate financial reporting and monitor key performance indicators. Complete a minimum of 20 hours of ongoing professional development annually.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week

Associate (Preferred)
Experience:
marketing and sales: 5 years (Preferred)
