Paul Elder Services, our mission is rooted in compassionate Catholic healthcare and the Franciscan values of service. We are seeking a passionate and relationship-driven Director of Mission for our campuses in Kaukauna and Green Bay. This role offers the opportunity to support associates, residents, families, volunteers, and community partners while advancing mission-centered care throughout our organization. Job Responsibilities Promote and integrate the Catholic mission and Franciscan values throughout all areas of the organization Foster meaningful spiritual and mission-centered experiences for residents, families, associates, and volunteers Build strong relationships with local parishes, diocesan partners, Catholic organizations, healthcare providers, schools, and the broader community Lead mission initiatives, formation opportunities, and community benefit efforts Support and collaborate with Spiritual Care, Volunteer Services, Life Enrichment, Hospice, and leadership teams Educate new and current associates on our mission and values Report on mission initiatives and mission related strategic goals at board meetings, volunteer appreciation events, associate appreciation events, and more Lead large campus events such as the Annual Pig Roast, Annual Car Show, Community Brat Fries, and other events from the Mission Committee Support our associates who are navigating through challenging times byassistingthem with internal and external resources Coordinate mission-focused eventssuch as ourmemorial services Help cultivate a culture rooted in dignity, hospitality, compassion, stewardship, andrespect Oversees the spiritual care team and is a member of the Executive and Leadership Team Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Ministry, Social Work, Human Services, Business Administration, Therapeutic Recreation, or related fieldrequired At least Five years of experience in ministry, spiritual care, volunteer coordination, community engagement, senior living, or healthcare preferred Ability to travel between our Kaukauna and Green Bay communities Has a passion for Catholic healthcare and serving olderadults Demonstrates active listening and empathy Passionate aboutbuilding meaningful community connections Demonstrates strong leadership, communication,professionalismand relationship-building skills Understands and values Catholic teachings and mission integration Thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment
