Carmel Assisted Living Facility in Benton is seeking a motivated Director of Nursing to join and lead our Care Team with a passion for serving senior adults.

This individual would possess:

A current RN or LPN license in good standing preferably with a clinical nursing background An ability to organize develop and direct the overall operation of the Nursing/Care Department to abide by all state regulations An ability to serve others and achieve relevant and challenging goals for self and team, providing coaching, training, and development of a quality nursing team Strong communication skills and computer skills The additional skills needed to carry out all the duties of a Director of Nursing at an Assisted Living Facility which includes but is not limited to: Participating/In charge of pre-admission screening of prospective new residents and updating of assessments as required by state regulations. Overseeing all aspects of the Care Department communicating with staff and families, hiring, orientation, assigning and directing work to team members, performance appraisals, disciplines, addressing problems and finding solutions.
