Full-time Director of Nursing Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our skilled nursing team in Saginaw, Michigan. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care, staff management, and facility operations. Responsibilities:

Assume responsibility and accountability for nursing and clinical services Oversee quality of life, experience, nursing services, clinical outcomes, and discharge planning for patients Oversee staff recruitment, staff retention, scheduling, overtime, and morale in conjunction with Administrator Oversee infection control, restorative nursing, in-servicing, training, continued education, and harmonious workplace Provide customer service to patients, families, and staff Enforce policies and procedures, federal and state compliance Lead by example by promoting positive morale within their department and throughout the facility by smiling and greeting residents, families, and all employees Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Registered Nurse License Ability to effectively communicate with patients and other staff
