Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive nursing policies and procedures Oversee the delivery of resident care, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Manage nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives Respond to resident and family concerns in a timely and compassionate manner

Qualifications:
