Director of Nursing (LPN)

The Reach Corporation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Director of Nursing (LPN) to oversee and support nursing services within our community-based homes serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this leadership role, you will help ensure the health, safety, and overall well-being of the individuals we serve by guiding and supporting residential staff, coordinating care, and responding to medical needs in a timely and effective manner. About Us The Reach Corporation is an ICF/IID provider with small, community-based homes (6-8 residents per home). Our mission is to support individuals in living as independently as possible by teaching essential daily living skills in a safe, supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate nursing and healthcare services for multiple residential homes Train, delegate, and support residential staff in providing quality care Monitor the health status of individuals and ensure timely response to medical needs Communicate effectively with physicians, staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, policies, and procedures Promote and protect the rights, dignity, and well-being of individuals served Make independent clinical decisions that positively impact individual care Qualifications Current LPN license in the state of Oklahoma (Required) Oklahoma Driver's License Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience in long-term care, ICF/IID, or similar setting preferred Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Benefits 403(b) with matching Health, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability insurance Paid time off Retirement plan

Pay:

$24.00 - $27.00 per hour
