POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a senior-level operator to take ownership of the business as a Chief Operating Officer / VP of Operations. QUALIFICATIONS
Required710+ years experience in operations leadership, manufacturing, or business managementProven track record of scaling or significantly improving a business or divisionStrong experience building systems, processes, and operational infrastructureExperience managing multiple departments (operations, production, sales)High-level leadership, communication, and decision-making abilityStrong financial and analytical mindsetAbility to operate both strategically and tacticallyPreferredExperience in manufacturing, construction, or product-based businessesBackground in stone, concrete, architectural products, or custom fabricationExperience implementing ERP, CRM, or inventory management systemsFamiliarity with working alongside designers, architects, or buildersEntrepreneurial mindset or experience in a growth-stage companyCOMPENSATION
