Director of Pharmacy Vernal, Utah Must-Haves Current Pharmacy License in the State of Utah Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution required; PharmD preferred Prior acute care hospital pharmacy leadership experience required Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and HIPAA requirements Experience leading pharmacy operations, staff development, and departmental budgeting Proven ability to implement evidence-based clinical practices and improve patient care outcomes Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Director of Pharmacy to lead and oversee all pharmacy operations for a respected healthcare organization in Vernal, Utah.
